Dave Leever
Owner
Two decades ago, Dave founded Leever Homes as a part-time venture. Since then, he has constructed and renovated numerous homes. In addition to being a firefighter for the city of Des Moines, Dave is a devoted husband to his wife Kate Leever and a father of four children. When he is not fighting fires or constructing homes, he enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren.
Cale Leever
Project Manager
Cale enjoys the customer side of the construction industry, creating long lasting relationships that lead to happy customers. He enjoys participating in active events outside of work. He is recently married to Kayla Leever and thoroughly enjoys spending time with her and their new puppy.
Peyton Leever
Project Manager
Peyton was awarded the work ethic award for his class during his post high school construction training. He currently works as a project manager for Leever Homes and finds satisfaction in making customer's dreams come true. Peyton and his wife, along with their three sons, live in the countryside and enjoy all the benefits of being landowners.
